Guided Meditation Sessions

Our meditation programme spans a wide range of techniques to meet you wherever you are on your journey. Beginners explore breath-anchored mindfulness and body-scan relaxation. Intermediate practitioners deepen their practice with visualization, loving-kindness cultivation, and open-awareness training. Advanced sessions incorporate silent sitting, mantra japa, and philosophical inquiry into the nature of mind. Private & Personal Sessions

For those seeking personalized attention and a tailor-made practice, our private session programme offers one-on-one time with our most experienced instructors. Initial sessions include a comprehensive assessment of goals, health history, movement patterns, and lifestyle. A bespoke practice plan is then developed and refined over subsequent sessions. Private sessions are ideal for injury rehabilitation, advanced practice refinement, pre-natal yoga, corporate executive programmes, or simply for those who prefer a deeply individual approach. Sessions can take place in-studio, at your home, or in a private outdoor location by arrangement.

Breathwork & Pranayama

The breath is the most powerful tool for transformation available to us — and our dedicated pranayama and breathwork sessions explore its full potential. From basic diaphragmatic breathing and alternate nostril techniques to advanced Kapalabhati purification and circular breathwork, our instructors guide each session with precision and safety. Sessions are offered as standalone workshops, integrated into yoga classes, and as part of extended retreats. Regular practice reduces anxiety, improves sleep quality, increases lung capacity, and cultivates profound states of calm clarity and heightened energy.

Wellness Workshops & Retreats

Throughout the year we host themed wellness workshops and multi-day retreat experiences designed to accelerate transformation and deepen understanding. Workshop themes include Ayurvedic cooking and nutrition, chakra balancing, sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls, journaling for self-discovery, and yogic philosophy study.
